3個評論This is the first day I have internet in 4 days....been travelling around the countryside around Hokkaido. The past 4 days we stayed at these small pensions and what looked like a camp ground with a small cottage and a huge huge Japanese Onsen hotel slapped right in the middle of the mountains in this small town called Sounkyo in Taisetsu-San (大雪山) between Sapporo and Asahiyama. All these places has no internet service for the guests!!! But Hokkaido is a beautiful place....all the greenery, mountains, rivers, small creeks and of course the rows upon rows of rice, turnip, wheat and melons. We been trying to stuff ourselves with the local delicacies as well....melon, and today, the taraba crab, uni and squid. All the fresh clean air also made me feeling all healthy and refreshed.
And lest I forget all the flowers, and lavender fields that abound between Furano and Biei.
