  Not unlike many of my friends who have relocated from overseas to work in Hong Kong (and other parts of Asia), I did not get to spend the beginning of the Lunar New Year with my immediate family (as I did for so many years in the states before I came to Hong Kong to kick people in the face in front of a camera for money).  However, friends who love you as much as you love them are no different than family.

   

  On the 4th of February, my good buddy Gobi (Hong Kong’s true Drift King) picked me up from the set of Barbara Wong’s 6^th Floor Rear Flat sequel and took me home to a sort of pre-lunar new year’s eve house party (that I had placed no effort in setting up as he brought along with him a master chef, the kitchen-nimble Mister Wai). 

   

  After a great meal, Gobi and I spent 9 hours defeating zombies on my television screen via a wonderful piece of technology known as the Wii.  It was a tough job, but someone’s gotta get rid of the world’s virtual zombies as the year of the mouse arrives…
  

  | 跟許多從海外移居到香港(以及亞洲其他地區)的朋友們一樣，我沒辦法跟家人一起過春節(就象我到香港在鏡頭前踢別人臉謀生之前，呆在美國的許多年)。但是，朋友們和我感情深厚，勝似家人。

  2月4日，好朋友Gobi(真正的香港漂移王)把我從黃真真”六樓後座2”劇組接出來，到他家參加迎新年家庭party(我插不上手幫忙，因為他還帶了一位很厲害的主廚Wai先生)。

  享用完美味大餐，Gobi和我花了9個小時通過我的電視屏幕用一種叫Wii的高科技打敗了僵屍。真是艱難任務，但是總得有人在鼠年新春到來之際清除這些僵屍…

  | 香港（そしてアジアの他の地域）で働くために海外から移転した友人達の多くと違わず、
  僕も春節のはじめを肉親と過ごせなかった（それはお金のためにカメラの前で人々の顔を蹴るために香港にやって来る前の、アメリカにいた頃からそうだったんだけど）
  けれども、君が愛してるのと同じくらい君の事を愛してくれてる友だちは家族みたいなもんだよね。

  
  

  2月4日、仲良しのゴビ（香港の真のドラフトキング）が　バーバラ・ウォンの六楼后座2のセットにいた僕を迎えに来てくれて、旧正月の大晦日のホームパー ティみたいなものをするために僕の家に帰った（彼がミスター・ウェイの腕利きのシェフを連れてきたので　僕は何も仕度しなくてよかった）。
  
  すばらしい食事のあと、ゴビと僕はすばらしい技術作品として知られるＷｉｉを介して
  テレビ画面のゾンビを倒すのに9時間も時間を費やした。
  手強い作業だった。しかしねずみ年がきたら誰かが世界のバーチャルゾンビを倒さなくては・・・・

  Gobi the Drift King was right… it takes at least two people to fend off zombies effectively.

   

  On the 7th, my brother from another mother and my sister from another father graced me with their presence to spend the first evening of the Lunar New Year with me, to once again, fend off virtual zombies from overtaking Raccoon City. Good thing Snoop and Shylo were there to back us up.
  

  | 漂移王Gobi是對的…至少要兩個人才能有效對付僵屍。

  7號，大年初一晚上，我的義弟、義姐帶著禮物來看我，”生化危機”的僵屍再次被剿滅。太棒了，Snoop和Shylo也來掩護我們。

  7日は、春節の最初の夜を一緒にすごすため、もう一度、バーチャルゾンビをかわし、ラクーンシティを奪回するために母違いの弟と父違いの姉が私の元にご臨席くださいました。スヌープとシャイロが我々を援護するためにそこにいてくれたのは良かった。
