So as previously mentioned I was in Europe for 10 days to teach some Martial Arts classes. I started my trip off in Amsterdam, For a two day seminar covering Three section staff and Luohan Quan (Enlightened Boxing) to students of the Liu He Men Kungfu School headed by Sifu Henny Eleanora. A personal friend of mine I met through the 2007 K-STAR Competition.

Believe it or not this guy can push me over with One hand, crazy Qigong skills!

The day that I landed I was scheduled to teach, jet lag was a bit stronger than expected but I had enough energy to give a good class that evening. The Weather had some extreme variations, I think on one of the days I saw rain, hail, snow and then clear skies within 30 min... Just crazy haha
While staying in Holland My friend Henny wanted to make sure I ate well, we visited a lot of Chinese restaraunts and also tried some pretty unique things, Check this out.

This is the first stage of a Pizza Kip which gets lots of meat shaved off a skewer and then rolled into a burrito like thing with chile sauce. Sooooo good! Think a Pita bread Pizza, stuffed with chicken and then rolled haha.

An Egg Omelet, prretty self explanatory but the size was rediculous. Had that with some Tea (I don't really do Coffee)
The second day of teaching brought together some characters but it was very interesting to see everyone working on their new skills. There was a lot of bruising from the Three section staff group, but that was to be expected LOL.

That night I went out with Henny to visit an Amsterdam Dragon, My friend Man Long and his Brother Man Kit. It was Man Long's birthday and ate a Chinese Dinner and met some old & new faces including my ninja brother KJER! Very nice...
We did some more sightseeing the following day and did a open house demo for the school. It was small but very fun cause I was given a lot of freedom in what I wanted to do hehe.

Some unexpected friends even come to the open house including my friend Annemie who came from Belgium to say Hello. I met her while touring with Tina Turner, She's great

All in all it was a great trip and I will be writing again soon to detail the next leg of the Journey. Belgium and Ireland! LA Christmas Rehearsals with some of my Angels LOL
Hope everyone is doing well, and enjoy the up and coming weekend! Peace!
