  • Hip Hop Granny, My Inspiration!

    Sometimes when I feel like I'm too old to do it or just tired or can't do it in my hip hop class, I turn to the hip hop granny. She's 71 and just started doing hip hop a few years ago.

    I started dancing in my 30s, and I used to feel old. But thinking about what Wu Yung is doing... I feel great. And I'm so happy to know that I can do hip hop till my 70s!

    I think I'll follow in her footsteps after I retire from wushu because I'm not content with the slow speed of taiji either. LOL.

    that's hilarious, i also just started doing hiphop post 30, so at first when you mentioned hip hop granny, i was like... aaaah.
