私の幼い頃に、働いていた両親と祖父母に代わって私の子守りをしてくれたご婦人のお葬式のために、日帰りで帰郷してきました。
95歳の大往生だったので、お葬式と言っても、とっても和やかで、なんだかほっこりした気持ちに。往年の彼女自身の持っていた雰囲気そのものの式でありました。

Yesterday, I went one day trip to my home town for my nanny's funeral ceremony. She looked after me for my both parents and grandparents as they were really busy to work when I was a very little child.
She was 95 years old, died full of years and a peaceful death. We think "die full of years and a peaceful death" is very happy thing, so her funeral was held in relaxed atmosphere. It's very calm, kindly ceremony, like herself.

いいお天気だったので、遠回りして帰ることにして、いつもと違う路線に乗りました。旅情あふれるローカル線の旅でしたが…カメラ持ってなかったので写真撮れませんでした！

It was fine day yesterday, so I decided to go the long way around...
I took a different train than usual as my way back to my place. It was very nice short trip but this time I couldn't take photos cos I didn't take my camera with me!
