I only found out yesterday, you know the real reason we sweat? It is not because the body is burning energy that we sweat.....but because the body KNOWS it needs cooling down, that is why sweat is produced. Think of it as like our own personal air conditioner, and used to counteract the effects of the heat (which can damage the body).

get those "jelly texture" type of cooling sticker n stick it on ur forehead! helps a lil bit.
