  Doing music in HK definitely ain't easy especially if you're not a K-song singer, in a boy/girl band, or a "idol."  There's lots of good times and bad times but in the end being able to play music you love with your friends makes it all worth it.  So catching up with my hometown heroes Soler, Kevin, Koler, Eason, Ah Pak,  and Ah Sing this week was really cool.  Keep rockin' the free world!
  
  
  
  
  
  Kevin, Ah Pak, Ah Sing, Koler, and Climax all did great sets at the Ben Sherman fashion show/opening at Times Square. 
  
  
  
  I got to play three acoustic songs and one with Kevin, Ah Pak, and Ah Sing backing me up.  Big thanks to Ben Sherman for the threads. 
  
  
  
  Sound check in the afternoon.  Its always fun playing with Ah Sing that's why he's in so many of my MVs!  Thanks man!
  
  
  
  For some reason everyone kept asking me if I was scared that my kid might catch the flu that's going around.  Who told people I had a kid?  My cat Kingsley is enough stress for me right now.....ha.
  
  
  
  9+2 China music awards!  Catching up with Julio and Dino is always fun and they give the greatest advice while telling the most interesting stories.   That night I got a award while Soler got two.  One of their awards was for their hit song "Hey Ma" award which was really cool.  Great job guys! 
  
  
  
  Its always a treat watching Eason sing and perform.  For being on top of the Canto-pop world he's the most humble artist I ever met.  He's by far the best singer and still totally supports local bands and musicians.  Last time I performed with him as a guest in his concert he totally kicked my ass.  Ever since that day I'm constantly trying to push myself to perform, sing, and write better.  Respect! 
  
  
  
  Finally got time to skate with LeeHawk, Brian, Fa Chai, and Nigel again.  Good times at Chai Wan!
