The South Park episode was good.  Tourettes is funny and sad.  If this condition were made up, it'd be as if it's a social commentary on how society has denigrated itself to the point where it cannot control itself.

tourette can be in so many different forms, and i think the only ones people focuses on are the kids that curses. If it the kids end up just kept saying flowers and kisses, no TV show will be interested (I'm also sure there are some kids out there that do). Besides most common form of tourette is physical tics or repeated vocal sounds.

they aired a mtv real life episode on tourettes....not for jumpy people.

that reminds me of the south park episode where cartman pretends he has it...
