Oh shoot. I got mentioned on a few blogs, so I guess I gotta at least say something, right?

I know I've been MIA for a few months now. Since I don't have internet access at home, I like to make the best use of my time on the internet by focusing on applying for jobs.

I'd been invited to several AnD parties, but because of my current living arrangements, it's kinda hard to attend late night parties. I almost made it to one two weeks ago, but there was a minor hiccup (um, like me getting lost in Central!) and I didn't make it inside.

But I can proudly say that my first ever AliveNotDead event was their 2nd Anniversary Party.

Raffi was busy, so the first person to recognise me was Patrick. I was actually surprised that he recognised me. He introduced me to the rest of the crew there and eventually found Raffi and told him I'd arrived. I don't think Raffi told anyone else I was in Hong Kong because no one expected me there. In fact, some people thought I'd flown in especially for the Anniversary Party. So I'd like to clarify that I'm hoping to live in Hong Kong for at least a few years, and I've been in the country for a few months now, but since I'm still job searching, I don't know if I will be in Hong Kong for the next few years.

Anyways, here are some photos from the party.

Sorry, no time for captions. The fire alarm bell has been ringing (for a few minutes now, but no one in the library is moving, apparently it's next door) and my laptop battery is almost out of power, so I'll have to leave my blog as it is.

Thanks guys for a great night. I really enjoyed it.

it's good that u got to spend time at the alivenotdead anniversary party. i'm still waiting for my turn. the only alivenotdead event i got to go to is that art exhibit with a ton of photos of schlongs and poon-tangs in rio de janeiro..
