gunpowder...

The sister-in-law of a new colleage of mine brought some bullet-shaped green tea called gunpowder,right?, from her last visit from china, which really tastes excellent, not matter how long you leave it in the pot/cup.
The funniest thing about her sister-in-law that I met her before on an other business related network-event , but because my colleague did not change her name I did not know they were related . Anyway we got in contact again and had a pleasant conversation on the last ASBC-roundtable.

But the reason for this blog is the amazing behaviour of the dried tea tops as soon as you pour them with hot water:
