snow, Snow, SNOW ??

After the storm on the weekend the weather forecast promised us some snow, till down to the meadows. The last night was clear and cold but I did not believe it, until my mum told me, that the roofs of the houses and the cars were covered with a bit of snow. But the streets and the pavement were still free. Nevertheless I had the opportunity to ride the bike to the train station through the falling snow. When I arrived I looked partly like a snowman (that's why I like my wool coat) and my decent eye make up was ruined but the snow felt fresh on the skin in the face...
But I arrived in Frankfurt and there was no snow, just rain...

So I'm afraid the snow won't last long because it's already March and the sun already shines pretty strong around noon and they promised better weather for the next days...so this is only a short intermezzo of the winter...
