    my boss assumes i dont want to stay back for next year

    so the locum position is now under the fight of 2 person. I am excluded..

     

    should i feel happy about it? or not really?

    happy coz i dont have to involve myself in a big group, which can result in a lot of rumours and conflict and yet it is not an organisation yet. there hasnt been a lot of systems put in place..No one look after you, etc etc, can stay away from hypocrite, etc etc, can be more ethical etc etc

     

    sad thing is..need to look for a new job then....
