Stephen Hoo born and raised in London is half English/Chinese. He studied Theatre at The Brit Performing Arts and Technology School. He then went on to study Modern and Classical Chinese at The School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London), where he also studied Film & Theatre of China, Taiwan and the Diaspora.

Stephen Hoo is an upcoming new talent; passionate about performing in plays,films/performances that deconstruct and question the human condition. From the lead character, Song Li-Ling in David Hwang's M, Butterfly, to Laeartes/Malcolm in Tom Stoppard's Hamlet & Macbeth. Stephen Hoo is an extremely versatile actor.
