In what seemed FOREVER, The Weinsteins have finally put together some press material for Crossing Over - the film I did in mid-2007 about illegal immigration in the US. It stars Harrison Ford, Ashley Judd, and Ray Liotta, and features Alice Eve, Jim Sturgess, Cliff Curtis and Justin Chon.
The film tells multiple stories that interweave into one epic canvas, similar to Crash and Traffic. As you may be able to tell from the trailer, the Asians have their own story. I can tell you that we worked really hard to portray Korean American gang culture as faithfully as possible.

Ive been working on an episode of "Chuck" this week, alongside NFL Superstar Michael Strahan. He is a great person to work with, and easy to hang out with. Look for him to become more of an entertainment figure in the future.

I just participated in a PSA for this thing calld Project Michelle: a campaign to help find a 26 year-old Asian American, diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Michelle has until June 21st to find a match for a bone marrow transplant. Project Michelle is trying to reach out to as many Asians as possible to get them to register because of the greater chance of finding a match within our own community.
