      好…讓我們看看上次的blog之後有什麽新消息…恩…什麽都沒有! 我還在內地，還是熱得不行，身邊的每個人都想喝冰水…我只是每天起床後登錄電腦…失敗的人。然後，為了消耗他們供應的美味食物中的油脂，保持體型，繞著酒店跑完一小時後，我問他們，做菜能否少用點油？他們說沒問題，然後用了一加侖油開始煮菜。我只好說，好吧，只需要用沸水煮一些雞肉和花椰菜，現在我只能吃這些…但很快節目就能拍完，我可以放開來吃了…你猜猜…更多蒸出來的雞肉和花椰菜…是給我的…一個胖男孩的生活! 再次認真報告行程…9月16日，我會在上海，18-21日去日本（我到訪的是Ramen City），21-23日漢城…泡菜泡菜泡菜……
    B.D.S.    哇哦!!!然後開始錄制唱片…哪張？…猜猜…哦，還是懸念…!!! 下次再告訴你們新消息…

    我曾经有过三个月的过度节食减肥，的确瘦得很明显，也是吃水煮菜，现在我又想来一次减肥了！！
