New Job @ New Place

It's been almost 3 months into my new job.....and I'm still struggling.....feel like am at war almost everyday.....so many things to do.....yet most of the time...I do not have an answer or solutions....need to keep refer to my more senior collegues....Sometimes I doubt myself whether am I suitable to do this or not? I always tell myself...GAMBATE I CAN DO IT I CAN DO IT but in reality I feel like am beaten especially after hearing so many negative comments/feedback from my dealers....Yikes....The targets keep on revised....I haven't even achieve the original set target....OMG>>>>I need to do something different but I don't know where to start.....Time is ticking fast....I MUST BE SUCCESSFUL.....JIA YOU & GAMABATE!!!!

How I wish if I could spend my days watching sunrise & sunset without worrying much about work like this......If I could.....
