  Several amazing things happened today..
  
  My sister-in-law announced she's going to move to Sydney with the kids, and my brother will stay in Jakarta. What the... ??
  
  I'm going to call home tomorrow.
  
  Another amazing thing is this (L)China (which would appear as "China") phenomenon on MSN. Your chinese friends (or you) would probably have that on their contact names already. At least I have. Most people put it up as a patriotic gesture. Others like me, I'm guessing, do it to support China. I do it for the Olympics (why oh why would anyone want to ruin a big once-in-every-4-year-party?). I support China because of that idiot on CNN is just too ignorant, and what indication it gives out for the rest of the western population. (I don't think he's an idiot for what he said, I think he's an idiot for actually saying that particular comment on CNN and thinking nothing will happen).
  
  I don't know much about Tibet, but I do think that people are getting hyped up over Tibet without ever knowing why. Like what the HK magazine indicated on their issue two weeks ago, people should/would say "Free Tibet" because it sounds right, without concerns over the complicated relationship and history between China and Tibet. Search on the issue on youtube and you'll find videos about why Tibet has been/ is/ always will be a part of China. After which, you can click on the next video about why Tibet was never/ is not/ and will never be a part of China.
  
  I support a unified country. Isn't it nice to be a part of a big family after all (especially a family that is getting richer by the day)? Be free when you can do it in a peaceful and non-destructive way. That would be a sign that you're wise enough to leave.
  
  I support the Olympics. The hard work they've done to get it going (the way I see it from here in Hong Kong). Some people say they don't see results. I won't comment on results, but if I had to give a grade, I'd give 'Excellent' for effort.
