     "A  twice a year ,  for several months of the salary"

    ...this is the common sense about the BONUS for the Japanese office worker.

    But It seems unusual for it to establish it as "a system" to pay such a sum on worldwide.

     日本では年に２回、給料の数ヶ月分がボーナスでもらえるって常識になってるけど・・・

    最近の日本の不況は深刻ですよ～我々の小さな小さなクリニックにも影響大です！

    Recentry,The Japanese recession is serious.(not only in Japan)

    and ,as for us, we have trouble with management, too.

    Anyway.....　まあ、とにかく・・・

    Our clinic  prepared bonus for the staff ,Tomorrow !

    明日ボーナスだしまっせ～～！！

    The bonus is cash provision、ボーナスだけは現金で渡します！

    ........... not account transfer payment.

               (A manager does not have even the bonus.......)

                                                        

      I want to follow it, too~~~~~~~
