    Once, in Japan,It happened a tragedy that a crowd of the fireworks sightseeing toppled over like a line of dominoes .

    Since the case, the crisis control about the crowd instruction was thorough in Japan.
    Such a case was ever generated in racial Japan which protected a line and a rule properly. 
    Though after all hear such a case well in the totally different many foreign countries of national traits; ...  after all this is nothing but lack of recognition of the crisis control.

     go for a sale, and to lose its life,......Worth it?
