Jia Zhangke and Useless head for Venice

Chinese documentary maker Jia Zhangke is headed to Venice with his new film 'Wu Yong' (which translates to 'Useless' in English) - a documentary about clothing designer Ma Ke. Ma and Jia will attend the screening in Venice, where the film will contend for the Horizons Documentary Prize. In a surprise victory last year, Jia won the Golden Lion award for his film 'Still Life' at last year's Venice festival.
