The project is titled 'Vampire: the Last Blood' and is based on a popular Japanese anime 'Blood: The Last Vampire'. It is to be produced in Hong Kong, directed by Frenchman Chris Nahon, best known for Jet Li's 'Kiss of the Dragon', filmed in South America and China with English dialogue.
