Ken Watanabe to Share the Screen with Jackie and Daniel?

Details, while still sketchy are starting to appear on Derek Yee's recently announced new project, called 'The Shinjuku Incident'.   It was reported last week that Jackie Chan and Daniel Wu would star and filming would start in November.  The key information was that it would be a chance for Jackie to appear in a drama rather than his signature action-comedy roles.

An Associated Press report now confirms these reports with Jackie Chan's JCE Entertainment.  Furthermore the possibility that Ken Watanabe may also join that cast have been mentioned, but not yet confirmed. 

Shinjuku is the popular entertainment district in Tokyo and is home to many illegal Chinese immigrants working in low paid jobs, it is expected that the film's plot will deal with this Chinese community in Tokyo.
