Hey guys sorry i havnt been blogging lately because I've been caught up hosting some industry professionals and launching a new product called OVAL vodka in hk.

well recently I've been doing the bar show, then hanging with the brand ambassadors, bar managers, journalist, fellow barmans etc.... which to sum it all up means I've been doing some heavy liver deconstruction haha damn these professionals!!!! here is a pic of one of our nights out:

from left to right we have: JC fellow barman, colin my assistant also partner in crime, myself, Jacob prain bar manager in SH, Theo watts director of drinks magazine SH, and sitting there is mr John G "global brand ambassador for sagatiba cachaca" we all got to meet up due to the bar show.... im such an industry whore Just to let you guys know i barely get to see these guys so when i do it turns out to be very "FUN"

After everything i had to take a break and hang out in lamma island for a couple of days and relax.... and with every vacation u need the the essentials

hehe thats right 4 bottles of H2O and alot of those green cans.....

i will post up a new drink shortly... but now you can have one of my favourites:

SINGAPORE SLING

30ml Gin
15 ml Cherry Brandy
120 ml Pineapple Juice
15 ml Lime Juice
7.5 ml Cointreau
7.5 ml Dom Benedictine
10 ml Grenadine
A Dash of Angostura Bitters
Garnish with a slice of Pineapple and Cherry

For the past decade, he has worked his way from the perfectionism of the F-and-B scene in Australia to the high-octane nightlife of Central in Hong Kong. His experience includes supervisory roles at Vic Harbor Kitchen + Bar and cocktail hot spots Amber Lounge and Marrakech in Melbourne, where he was a part of some of the most influential drinks programs in the country. His recent openings include Melbourne’s Baroque House, where he collaborated with masterminds from Sanderson and Match in London.
