Finally finished reading "Man and Wife" by Tony Parsons.
I've read Tony Parsons' "Man and Boys" and "One for my baby", these 2 books are really heart-warming,
and I really love these 2 books; that's why I keep on buying his works. But this book, "Man and Wife" is kind of boring,
and it takes me more than 1 month to finish reading it. It's a story of marriage relationship and the relationship with step-children. I can read very fast if the book is really interesting. As I blogged beore this book has some really touching sentences, only then I started to keep on reading till the end of it. Here are some meaningful parts of the book:
"The loss of our grandparents, I thought, that's the first time we understand that life is a series of good-byes."
"Our marriage has lasted for seven years.
But our divorce would last forever."
"As always, I was shocked by the love that I felt for my boy."
"Bernie Cooper says that the stars are all dead people looking down on us."
Now, I'm going to move on to my Japanese comic books!
