Cooked Curry Chicken for dinner today (cos my E is back this afternoon)
Honestly, I don't want to cook everyday, I meant delicious food, at least 3 dishes; my E is very busy, so usually, he's out of town/ not coming home for dinner at least 3 times/ week. One week, he's home everyday for dinner, and I asked him, "you are coming home again
?", "Yes, you seem don't like me to go home for dinner!"; " Nooooo, I just need to think what I need to cook"
(Yes, why are u coming home for dinner AGAIN!
) He loves me too cook in weekdays if he can come home for dinner, he's tired of the salty and oily food in the restaurants. But luckily, he agrees that I don't have to cook during weekend!
Today's recipe is Curry Chicken. I used 8x chicken wings, cos I don't like chicken breasts, not so tender.
Other ingredients: 2x carrots, 2x potatoes and 2x onions (they're all organic, so they're small size)
Stir-fry all the ingredients first:

Add water and cook for about 15 mins. (medium heat):

After 15 mins, when all the ingredients are soften, turn off the "gas" first:

This is the Japanese curry cubes (medium spicy w/ apple & honey flavour) I bought fm. a Japanese supermarket, very convenient to use, and the taste is really great. They have all kind of flavour - sweet, very spicy, medium spicy etc.

There are 2 packs inside, I used all of them, cos I love stronger taste. You break it into pieces.

Add the curry cubes, and stir all the ingredients until they're all mix-up together:

Turn on the "gas" again to "low heat" and cook for another 10 mins:

Yummy.............Curry chicken is ready to serve!
