Started to exercise AGAIN, yes I always exercise a week and stop for the other week....I know it's no good.  But this time I really determine to lose some weight (after I got on my weight-scale).  I've done the step machine, and Will Fit yesterday....and today, my legs, my feet, my shoulders are so sore.....I'll go to have a foot massage later today.

I discovered another really nice foot massage shop (but need to take 5 mins taxi there), spacious, a room for me, 90 mins for RMB40 (non-peak time), and the best thing is they have a sign board stating 10 mins massage for shoulders, 10 mins for head.......etc to let you know the lady doing the massage for you is not lazy, cos you can know if she has done all the things in 90 mins.  And one thing very special, they put raw gingers (in very small pcs) on your legs and covered with hot towels, and your legs are turning hotter and hotter, but after that, the legs are so relieved and so comfortable!  So must try again today before I go to pick up Amelie.

Take a bath the day before you work out. (42℃ 10 minutes) It will prevent you from getting mscle aches. ;)

Foot massages can be so relaxing.  I've been exercising with my wii fit lately too.  Just remember it's best to lose weight slowly if you want to keep it off.

How is the wii fit? Does it really work. I think they need to come up with a wii massage game for the kids to do it on their parents, or wii housework.

That pampering sounds sooo good. I've never paid for a massage. That's one perk of living in Asia - the popularity of massages.

It has hard to stay motivated with trying to maintain an exercise regimen. For me, I read most of the time. If the book is good, time flies.

    i so need a massage.

maybe you can join a gym and tell yourself it would be a waste of money if you didn't go.  or get a exercise group of mommies together so  you can motivate each other.

40 RMB!  That is S$8.  It will probably cost S$40 i.e. 400RMB to do a foot massage here plus all the harrassing to sign a package with them.  Enjoy it while you can.
