Spent my weekend with another Taiwanese couples (my E's business friend), who will move to SZ in mid-Aug, drove them to IKEA to do some shopping. Their girl will go to the same school as Amelie. Happy to make new friends and they live pretty close, there's a shopping mall between us, I mean living area. It's convenient to meet in the mall even husbands are not around.
Upload some old pics we have taken in SZ.

Less than 10 people in this temple:

This is 赤灣天后宮, a temple who worships Goddess of Sea. We found this temple when we lost our way home
(my E doesn't love to bring a map, cos he said the world is "round", you will always find your way!); anyway, so we went to visit this temple. I think it's famous in here, cos they have a road sign pointing to this temple. BUT, we need to pay for RMB15/each person to go in. 1st time in my life to pay for the admission to get into a temple
. So we think it must be very historical, like a museum! BUT.....
.of course it's founded a long time ago, Qing dynasty I think??not sure, but it has be remodeled again in these 10 years, cos it has been partly destroyed during Cultural Revolution. Most donors who gave money to rebuild the temple are from HK (we saw the name list). Honestly speaking, the day we visited was on Sunday, but only less than 10 people inside the temple, and it doesn't look like a temple, cos in HK/ Taiwan, temples are crowded with people worshiping; but here, it's almost no one, the less than 10 people are like us - visitors only......this temple is more like a place for film-making. Is that because of the Cultural Revolution and the Chinese stops worshipping God/ Goddess?

(Above) So huge !

This is another park, not sure the name, we dropped by to visit. We always drove around and not knowing where to go.
The park is pretty but lots of people. There's a lotus lake, very pretty.

This is another park in front of a new living area, beside the sea, and we can see TuenMun, HK and the Western Corridor on the other side.
