The latest skateboarding DVD by Emerica called STAY GOLD is finally out. Dayeem, the level of skateboarding that these guys brought to the table is unbelievable. FUCKING RETARDED. INSANE.
Heath Kirchart
Please don’t ever retire, please! It’s a short part but amazing. Just like IN ‘n’ OUT burger, not a lot of choices in the menu but they all taste amazing. Heath can chill for at least 10 years after his part in Alien’s MIND FIELD.
That nose slide on the WALL HUBBA is IN SANE!
Brandon Westgate (BEST PART IN THE WHOLE DVD)
This dude got pop for days. He skates so fast and so big, he makes Dennis Busenitz skate like an old car (but no matter what, I always love seeing Dennis skate). NO ledge dancing tricks, strictly big and clean. The best to watch. For openers like Brandon, it’s hard to top it.
Bryan Herman
Lucky, the next dude is Bryan Herman, another amazing skateboarder with pop. Too bad, he’s right after Brandon, Brandon makes Bryan look like skating in slow mo. Dayeem. Ill to watch though for sure.
Marquis Preston
Surprise, surprise, I thought he’d be one of those, actually Marquis Preston is sick as fuck. Mad light footed, probably the best black skater out there right now. Well, ISHOD and THEOTIS are pretty damn dope too though. Worth it to watch his part for sure.
Kevin Long ‘Spanky’
Pretty sad. Pretty boring. I used to love watching Spanky skate, I don’t know about his part on this one. Perfect time to go to the bathroom and go refill your drink.

I’m sure he’s ill as fuck in person but it’s hard to have an amazing part if your part is together with Kirchart, Westgate, Herman, Hsu, Romero and The Boss.

Fast forward that shit, for sure. Skip Skip Skip. I’m sure he’s the nicest cat ever, I can even feel his niceness through the DVD but…fake Muska, ain’t feelin it at all.

Super dope part. Crazy slams. Respect for having such a part after Bag of Suck’s part! Jerry Hsu is a true trooper. I’m backing Jerry 110%.
Leo Romero
What?? Can somebody skate like Leo? FUCK man, super super gnarly. I don’t care if he’s cocky as fuck, if you can skate like Leo, you deserve to be cocky but again, I suggest, being nice always helps (look at Braydon). Ollie the street gap plus that last trick, are you fuckin serious?? Only Leo. Jeremy Wray brought it to the table, Leo brings it to another level. Mad Respect. Check out his latest Thrasher cover, that smith grind to death. Imagine, one of his friends (who doesn’t skate) walk by after watching a movie (that handrail is behind the cinema) and saw Leo and simply calling him by yelling ‘LEO…LEO…’ while Leo is doing that smith, we will loose the most amazing skateboarder. Shit’s mad gnarly.
Andrew Reynolds
I was like, really, THE BOSS can top Leo’s part. Really? FO REAL. Andrew Reynolds is no joke since Birdhouse era, since his Size Large tee shirt looking like ghetto gown. Andrew is tall now and every tricks he does is so refined. Like Anthony Claravall said,’You know you are good if backside flip down the Wallenberg is not your last trick in your part’, fuck yeah, THE BOSS is keeping his title. Dayeem, super super big skateboarding and he makes it look nice son. GOOD JOB, super GOOD JOB.
