Youth Outreach’s X VENTURE SKATEBOARDING 2010

Props to Youth Outreach for again organizing a skateboarding contest and giving out G’s for the winners, on behalf of HK skateboarders, we thank you. Special thanks goes to Mini and Ted for always having their hearts in skateboarding. We will always remember that.
Another beautiful Sunday, pretty hot but not too damn hot at Mei Foo where X VENTURE SKATEBOARDING 2010 were held. Lots of skateboarders showed up to support the event and joined the contest.
Below are the results of the contest:
1) Best Mini Ramp – Philippe Amar
2) Best Flatbar – Chun Chai (8FIVE2SHOP)
3) Highest Ollie – Chris Bradley (8FIVE2SHOP)
4) Game of S K A T E – Chun Chai (8FIVE2SHOP)
5) Best trick bank to bank – Chun Chai (8FIVE2SHOP)* Special Note: Many people asked me how come Chun Chai won the bank to bank best trick, it’s obvious, it’s called BEST TRICK so that means hardest best trick wins. Chun Chai did Nollie Backside 360 Heelflip and Nollie Backside 540 Big Spin. You do the math if these 2 tricks can beat a Tre Flips on bank to bank BEST TRICK or not? Plus, Chun Chai does them super proper. So yo, in skateboarding, it’s all about having fun and just take it whatever the result is.
