    Last week was a very busy week but I still managed to made something fun for 2 minutes. Yes, only 2 minutes...
    I was looking around what to eat at home and when I was clearing the cupboard and found out there was something that I bought a while ago (Luckily it hasn't expired yet) and still sitting there in the corner.
    It's a cup cake which you can use microwave to make it.... there are 2 bags of powder and that's it. What you have to do is very easy. Grab an egg and mix it with the powder in a nice looking cup. Mix them well and then put it in the microwave for one min or two (depending on the power of microwave... and you will have a "not bad" cup to eat in a minute. And I am telling you the truth, it doesn't taste bad and it's really a cake... :-)

    I still have one more bag of powder, so I will take you guys' suggestions and try it out again :-) Will keep you guys posted... :-)

    I'll bet you could toss in a few chocolate chips or some nuts. OH or have a jar of frosting and melt that on top =D OR make it in a bigger mug and add some ice cream on top ;)
