  【蘇偉華╱台北報導】選擇房地產當做人生第1份工作的Jenny，長相酷似藝人王俐人，佼好面容有助業務工作，但她認為，光憑外表無法奠定跟人相處的基礎，幸運的是選擇房地產當人生事業，像是站在巨人肩膀看事情，讓她有更深的層次，且態度更宏觀。
  7年級生的Jenny，學生時曾兼差當模特兒，畢業後未往演藝界發展，反而逆向操作選擇專業房仲工作。Jenny解釋，看過許多學長姊對星夢的憧憬，卻沒有得到相等回報，加上自己年紀漸№，索性放棄電視電影圈。
  為何選擇房仲業務？Jenny害羞地說出自己的秘密：「媽媽帶我去算紫微斗數，田宅宮前景可期，因此讓我在從事房產業的2年中，尤其遇到難以應付的客戶，心理上特別有自信。」
  Jenny喜歡交朋友、不懼與人接觸，遇到事情不怕提問，總覺得前輩的經驗，不論成功或失敗都值得讓人學習，因此操作幾次房產買賣，可說如魚得水。

  她形容自己的個性屬於「要玩就玩大一點」，所以鎖定台北仁愛敦化圓環生活圈，專售5000萬元以上房屋，專攻豪宅客層。為掌握市場訊息，她私下做了很多功課，例如她有一群朋友都從事相關行業，代銷、房仲直營或建設公司都有，不定期的姊妹聚會除凝聚感情，更重要是彼此交流資訊；Jenny條件佳，還曾遇過50多歲的阿姨來店頭賣土地，還熱情推薦她的兒子，直把她當準媳婦。

• WHAT IS PHOTOGRAPHY ?

  Not sure since when, photography seems become a very trendy activity to many people nowadays. When you go around in the city, there are quite a lot of people carrying around bags of camera equipments...or having a DSLR hanging around their necks... (I suppose not all of them are professionals, however, some could be professionals)
  
  People are spending more and more money on cameras and lens (at least according to my gut feeling).... what triggers me was when my Dad asked me if he should replace his compact DSLR camera couple months ago with a HKD20,000+ DSLR camera. At that moment, I asked him: "Do you really need that ?" and "Why do you want that ?"
  
  I mean, if money is not a concern, then no worries, go get it.
  
  But the point is, what is that HKD20,000+ camera gives you ? Don't get me wrong, I am not saying one should not invest or use something new but you have to understand what you are getting with the money you are spending !!! Analysis it before you spend the good amount of money !!!
  The conversation between my Dad and myself allowed me to think again on what photography actually is. I asked myself these days, do people really need the most expensive camera with lots of functions to take good pictures ?
  
  I personally think you don't need that if you are trying to create arts in some forms rather than working as a photographer (so you have to fulfill client's special needs).

• JUST SALAD

  It's a great day today as I have a good lunch with couple of my ex-colleages in Central.
  They invited me to have salad near by the escalator... I heard that it's a new store opened recently but have never tried. I was thinking, what a great idea to have salad as I thought I had too much meats already... :-)
  
  So we met nearby Armani and then walked all the way there via the escalator... and the walk was easy with today's nice weather.
  
  While we were walking there, I found out that my ex-colleagues was all carrying around a plastic bag. That really triggered me what they was carrying coz the plastic bags seemed to be used for a while... then they told me that that was the containers they got from the salad store.
  And by bringing that and re-use, you get two extra toppings !!! I think this is a really good idea.
  
  The price for the salad was not expensive, you get 4 toppings for the default and you can choose whatever you want by paying extra... and it tasted fresh and good. As of now,
  
  I think I will try again and today, I got my own salad container in the color I wanted. :-)

  After around 8 days, I am finally back from Taiwan...
  Things have resumed to business as usual... :-)
  During that 8 days in Taiwan, I have seen many of my friends and of course some new friends.
  There are quite a few things that I will be sharing here very soon...
  so please stay tuned.
  BTW, let me wish you all a very happy new year and kung hei fat choi and a healthy 2009 !!!

• 力奇火鍋

  前一陣子, 天氣很冷, 突然間很想吃火鍋, 但又沒有很想在家弄, 想到不想準備食材跟之後收拾殘局, 最後去了大角咀吃火鍋.
  
  為什麼去大角咀呢? 因為聽說豬骨煲是從那邊出來的, 而且食材的素質也很不錯, 所以一定要去試看看...
  
  我們一行四個人, 7點多就已經到了, 也好像沒有人在排隊... 但原來裡面已經都坐滿了...
  那也沒辦法, 等一下吧... 反正也是排在waiting list的第一位... 可惜, 雖然是排第一, 我們還是要等了一小時才可以進去...
  
  不過這個小時是值得等的, 你看下面的圖片就會了解到, HK$160的一盆豬骨煲好大一盆... 光是那個就足夠4-6人吃... 再點一些其他的... 那肯定要打包回家再吃....
  
  
  
  不單量多, 味道也是不錯吃的... 特別是那個鮮丸三寶, 一定要吃... 那個蝦丸... 好像是幾隻蝦混在一起一樣... 而且是非常新鮮的... :-)
  
  
  
  要去吃的話, 記得早一點去...
