After 4 years using my iPod Mini (My 2nd ever iPod), it died on Dec 25, 2008 and it's not coming back anymore... only a sad iPod icon is displayed which means there is a hardware issue... RIP, my iPod Mini...

ah, what a smart idea. I never thought of that since i'm only using my ipod touch and laptop for music even though I have a bunch of speakers gathering dust on my shelves. oh wow, just searched for the tear drop shape speaker - nice ones. i sort of wish you were able to buy them in copenhagen. i would love to give you mine ipod mini but you are living too far away :)
hmm... and now you have an unused (cool) speaker gathering dust ;)

hahaha, it's a good idea but the point is after I got my iPhone a while ago, I only use the iPod Mini as one when I go for shower or when I am in the living room with the tear drop shape speaker I got from Tokyo... so I am still struggling if I need an extra iPod... just for that reason... :-) but a new one would be nice of course...

i have the exact same one and I have tried getting the sad icon as well. but somehow it's still working, but i'm not using it anymore. i guess it's time for a new one?
