  I have been in the mood of cooking for a while already... and especially during holidays !!!
  
  During the Christmas and New Year Holidays, I have been cooking a few things, chinese soups, pan fried salmon steaks, vegetable rice and quite a few others... luckily they tasted quite good and I have got good comments (Fingers crossed). During the New Year Holiday, I stayed home after a night of partying at home on the 31st and I got no appretite to eat anything the next morning. So I was thinking what can I eat... and all of a sudden, I wanted to eat some salad... something fresh... so I went to Supermarket and get the things i need... and I started to make Potato Salad...
  I got some green apples, potato, onion, and mayo to start with. After you boil them, peeled off the skins, and cut them into small pieces, then you mix them with mayo, a little of salt, and condensed milk !!! Look at this !!! It tasted so good.....
