adventures of coughyland

i had this one cough attack this afternoon that lasted for a good 5 minutes. they were so close in frequency it was hard to even breathe normally. i can't imagine what it's like to have asthma.

to try and prevent further cough attacks i went to the kitchen to make some honey lemon tea. was honey lemon always a well known fixer upper? it seems to have become super mainstream in the last few years. maybe i'm just noticing it more

not knowing where mom keeps the honey, i saw a bear shaped plastic container with brownish gooey liquid and thought to myself, wow! super lucky day :) it came out a bit thin which i thought might be due to how old it was. does honey go bad? i don't know. it was only after i licked my spoon that i realized i had poured a bunch of maple syrup into my cup.

ok back to focusing on work

off to CES tomorrow for a day! i haven't been to vegas for quite some time. someday i'm going to go for a weekend and watch cirque shows every day.
