• Clockenflap 2013: Record-Breaking Turnout of 33,500 attendees!

  Clockenflap, Hong Kong’s premier and largest music and arts festival, attracted a record-breaking total turnout of 33,500 attendees for its 2013 three-day event, held at the West Kowloon Cultural District Promenade from November 29 to December 1, 2013.
  
  由11月29日至12月1日連續三天於西九龍海濱長廊舉行的香港最大型音樂和藝術節 Clockenflap 吸引合共33,500人入場，大破大會過去入場人次紀錄。
  
  
  
  Opening with a sundowner session (Friday, November 29) — marking the first time in its six-year history that the festival was extended an extra day — top international acts Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Four Tet and The Strypes kicked off the festival in fine rocker form.
  
  踏入第六年的Clockenflap首次舉辦三天，首日（11月29日，星期五）由頂尖國際組合 Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Four Tet 及 The Strypes 用狂熱的搖滾帶領現場樂迷，熱情的為整個音樂節揭開序幕。
  
  Day two (Saturday, November 30) drew the biggest turnout of nearly 18,000 attendees, who poured into the picturesque outdoor venue to catch the hot billings of Chic (featuring Nile Rodgers), The 1975 and Franz Ferdinand, as well as local favourite, Ellen Loo.
  
  第二日（11月30日，星期六）齊集近二萬名樂迷於西九長廊的戶外天堂，一睹 Chic (featuring Nile Rodgers)、The 1975、Franz Ferdinand 及本地著名歌手盧凱彤的落力演出。
  
  And the final day (Sunday, December 1) featured Tegan and Sara, Efterklang, Metric and 2ManyDJs, as well as Hong Kong star G.E.M. and China's rock legend, Cui Jian.
  
  尾場（12月1日，星期日）則包括 Tegan and Sara、Efterklang、Metric、2ManyDJs、及香港女歌手 G.E.M. 及中國搖滾之父崔健作為尾場（12月1日）的壓軸表演嘉賓。
  
  More than 100 artists performed across the festival's seven stages, while other attractions for full family fun included an Art Village, Film Tent, Cabaret side show, Silent Disco, Clockencraft Market, Dinosaur Enclosure and Kids' Area; as well as an array of international-cuisine catering stalls.
  
  多達100位的表演嘉賓於活動期間於七個不同的音樂舞台演出。其他的精彩節目包括 藝術村、電影棚、奇幻歌舞廳、無聲的士高、Clockencraft 市集、恐龍展及兒童區； 還提供各國特色精美小食。
  
  With plans for next year's festival already well in the works, the organisers— led by founders Jay Forster (Artistic/Festival Director), Mike Hill (Festival Director) and Justin Sweeting (Music Director) — are committed as ever to doing their very best to continually improve and push Clockenflap forwards to even greater heights.
