Woman Finds Missing Children part 2

I have a feeling I know why the police didn't actively follow leads or look for family of the kidnapping husband?  Aside from taking the children to Mexico (the Mexican government isn't the most cooperative government in the world), he's hispanic and she's Indonesian.   I know.  I know.  It's a shock hearing that cops in southern Cali do a half baked job especially when people of color are involved.  *snark* 

The husband claims that he kidnapped his children because... get this.. his wife was having an affair with his brother and became mentally unstable after he found out.  Yeeeah, cuz that's normal.  What husband wouldn't kidnap his children after being betrayed?   Why wait for the divorce to be final or tell the judge the bia's crazy, when you can just take now?   He also claims that he spoke with her on the telephone in the Mexican town in which he was living and she sent him money.  Still have the receipts?   Was it sent Western Union?  Between us my friends, I've been to Mexico 4x and I've been to Oaxaca, the state where he supposedly lived for 12 years with the children, and I guarantee you there's no bloody way $1cash would make it from the USA to someone in Mexico through the post.  I'm not sure a check would even make it.  If you ever saw a town in Oaxaca, you'd be surprised they actually have post.  It looks like Pony Express territory.

I think she went a little soft in the cabasa afterwards.  She re-married.  Actually birthed another girl & boy and dressed them in the same clothes that she had saved in an attempt to re-create her family.  Now, that's special.  I feel sad for the children, all 4 of them.  The eldest 2 have had their world torn apart 2x and they're both under 18.  The youngest 2 probably now feel like inadequate replacements if they didn't already.
