• Psychic Brainwaves- Human "Doing"

  Today I hooked my friend who's a psychic reader up to biofeedback equipment and measured her brainwaves, heart rate and respiration while she gave me a reading. I didn't get a chance to look at the data yet but did see she that she was producing bursts of alpha waves while meditating.
  
  I'm glad things went well today. During our trial run a week ago she kinda freaked out. I guess some guy dumped her and she got too emotional and didn't want anyone to watch her. I didn't even know if she'd go through with being hooked up again.
  
  Lately my life got too busy! My friend calls it becoming a "human doing" instead of a "human being". Went to a jazz gig at cafe SoCha last night and sat in with some guys. It's in outer mission and I could never find it before. I played well which was encouraging. My teacher gave me some latin stuff to work on. My goal is to get into a salsa band. I'm looking for a new 5 string electric bass. Music is happening. Slowly.
  
  It's been really sunny and nice here in SF and I managed to fit in a long walk on the beach and some hiking in marin county last weekend. I'm thinking about running the bay to breakers 7 mile race in a few weeks. I better start training....
