    Y0-chan just forwarded me these two links to a new series of commemorative Japanese stamps...  I gotta get them!

    First: Castles of Kinki Region:

    If you look at my 'Japanese Castles' photo album, you'll see I've been to three of the five of them btw!

    Second, and most importantly:  Kumamoto Castle 400th Anniversary:
    The image “http://www.post.japanpost.jp/kitte_hagaki/stamp/furusato/2007/image/h190801_2_seet1.gif” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.
    Long time Etchy blog readers will know that this is my favorite of all castles in Japan... I've visited it like 5 or 6 times and its where I spent last near year's eve:



    I wanted to get more than one copy of each, but i'll resist the temptation.
