Typhoon!? 台風？

今台風の注意報が有るから、僕は家まで帰りたくない！事務所で寝る。。。それからこの短いブログだけする：

there's a typhoon warning outside right now, and foolishly i decided to stay at the office late and finish up some work by the time it hit...  i don't want to try to walk from the night bus stop to my house now, so i'll just wait til the morning and go home... in the meanwhile, here's a short random blog to tide you over til i get my japan blogs done! :-P

On Saturday night I was taking the bus home from Sham Shui Po down Nathan Road... I saw something in Mongkok...

Meanwhile, today in CWB, I spotted this strange cross-promotion at one of those HK-based 'Chocoolate' stores:

In case you can't see,  behind the window is an array of fast food trays with the BK logo. (and yes the store's facade is made up of giant chocolate bars).

I stuck my head in and looked around, they have shirts and hats w/ the BK logo and 'Have it your way' printed on them (starting at ~US$24!)   -- Burger King has only recently arrived in HK (I think there are still only like 3-4 locations in the entire city),  so i guess its still cool enough for designer fashion...  (would you pay $25 to wear a McDonalds logo on your shirt?)
