    It was cool to see Jane's album of art and I don't know if it's the sudden change of season that's got me inspired to get into art again but here are some oil pastel drawings I did in the past few days 





    *EDIT*
    I remember seeing a pic of a scarlet macaw on Peachey's blog a while back and remembered the time when I was in grade 5 and painted one in class - I remember I had to pick something that would live in a rainforest as part of our class collage... anyway, seeing that pic inspired me to try 'painting' one again but this time, with pastels :)

    Very pretty and colorful. It even looks like it's happy instead of looking like it would like to pick your eyes out (like in real life). lol
