Favorite actress? Hmm... There are only two names that will come into my mind, that would be Audrey Hepburn & Zhang Ziyi.

Olivia Hussey could also be one; I wish I have her face. Lol.

Anyway, she have impressed numbers of people at a very young age for her beauty & superb acting on her role as Juliet Capulet from my all - time favorite movie Romeo & Juliet (Franco Zeffirelli;1968).

This was with Leonard Whiting, who in real life became Olivia’s boyfriend..

Olivia Hussey did really well also w/ her role as the Virgin Mary in “Jesus of Nazareth” & as well as "Mother Theresa".

Zhang Ziyi, admirably talented.

She manages to look & act tough yet be gracefully beautiful with her roles. It’s kind of ironic that although I’ve been an avid fan of her, & I’ve seen most of her movies, I never really paid much attention to the movie which brought her fame, & that is “crouching tiger, hidden dragon”. I’ve seen parts of the movie, but I didn’t really get to watch the beginning & mostly the middle part of it. I’ve been wanting to watch "Jasmine Women", basing on its trailer & synopsis, it’s one movie I won’t dare to miss, but I just can’t find a copy of it here! sigh..

Audrey Hepburn, such a legendary actress.

Not only that I love & respect her as an actress of various classic movies that I really so fond of watching, but because she exemplifies the real meaning of TRUE beauty, & that is her kindness of heart. She was a person who contributed a lot of humanitarian works dedicated for children around the world, particularly w/ her contributions on UNICEF.

Has she not died of Cancer, I think she has continued more on helping & inspiring people Audrey Hepburn is an image of Pure kindness & Beauty; Her spirit lives on for years now, in our minds, hearts, & souls. She is such an inspiration to many and has loved by all up to this very moment.

edited: I guess I'll include Gong Li on my list too. doesn't she look so pretty at her age?

Audrey Hepburn was a graceful star both on and off screen, she was a lovely actress. Zhang Ziyi is one of my favourites too, she is a good actress and can make a fight look like a scene from Swan Lake. Gong Li has great screen presence, much like the stars of the 50's.
Sweet video of Audrey, i like what Gregory Peck said. He was a favourite actor of mine.

When my school showed us the movie, Romeo And Juliet of Olivia Hussey, my teacher said she captured like most guys attention similar like Leonardo Dicaprio in Titanic.

Oh I love Olivia Hussey. She was like a doll and so great in Romeo and Juliet. And Audrey Hepburn is my all time favorite. She was just so elegant and beautiful. I agree that she remains an image of pure kindness & beauty like Princess Diana.

“Breakfast at Tiffany’s” is a memorable one also.
