The new Google G1 phone looks very promising. I mean, the iPhone is great, bur let's face it. There are 2 glaring facts. 1) All my peers who have the iPhone agree they were MORE productive and efficient with their previous device. and 2) AT&T sucks like Satan himself. Which means there is a big gaping hole that a halfway decent running back can smash through. And Google isn't some rookie. They have a pretty darn good track record. Hence, this could be very interesting. Some stats: Set to launch on October 22nd for $179 on T-Mobile in the US on a two-year contract ($399 no contract).
