    Hello everyone! How is your new year going? Is it a good start? 你们好! 这新的一年又开始了.

    For me I watched the film "Che Part1 & Part2" for almost 5 hours and then went to a New Year dinner party on the 1st of January . 今年一月一号 我看了一部新电影以后, 去朋友家作客了.

    We had a Gyoza aka Dumpling party at Akira's house 大家很开心! 何ともおめでたい！みんな嬉しそうです。.

    Eiji and Kyoko are making the Japanese dumplings, so called 锅贴. 要准备的他们很辛苦.

    　

    Am I interrupting them?? 我只是跟他们拍个照片, 他们是作日式锅贴的专家,我不敢作!! 邪魔してるかもーー！

    Akira's house is very nice and has a gorgeous Christmas tree!! 这个圣诞树很漂亮!

    We are the London-based actors; Kentaro (the film from "Toshi"), Kenji, Akira and Jun

    We made quite a lot of dumplings actually. 我们作了好多好多了!! BTW, I like his yellow cap.

    It's time to cook them! We are the Dumpling chef trio!! Actually, one master on the right and two assistants on the left!! We all have been to Hong Kong and love it!! We might appear in your kitchen and cook our dumplings for you if you invite us, hahaha.....今日から餃子トリオ組みました（笑）味は我々にお任せください！香港まで出張に伺います（笑）我们很高兴到香港作我们的锅贴..你要不要??

    We eat them first. Just joking, of course, we served them for the guests first!

    Kaeko and I cooked Tiramisu for Birthday Boy Eiji. 意大利蛋糕ティラミス

    はい、おいしそうに出来上がりました。

    We are the chefs today; Jun, Akira, Kyoko and Kaeko. We've done our job and it's time to drink and get drunk!! hahaha... Is there anyone who fancies coming to London and join our party?? 一仕事終えて、あとは飲むしかない（笑）そうして夜は更けていく・・・ロンドンの仲間は楽しいよ。大家欢迎来到伦敦参加我们的美食会!! Alive not Dead in London......

    Wow Jun-san!  You've gone from Sushi oji to Gyoza Heika.  Dumpling Lord!! (I crack myself up.)   What did you guys use what used for stuffing.  I see green onions I'm guessing but what else? I've never thought about making my own dumplings and I need to because they're a staple in my house.  Are the shells pre-made?
