  Born in Hong Kong. Justin attended boarding school in England at the age of 13. Then studied film at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Upon return to Hong Kong, he joined Moviola Productions as production assistant, and later became assistant director at Such Films Limited. Justin began directing in 1996 and has been working extensively in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. He has won numerous advertising awards, including
