  Just uploaded some recent works. The Prudential ad is one of the most satisfying jobs I've done in recent years. For the past month, I've been busy working on 2 films for Simon Birch's "Hope & Glory" Exhibition. It's a great show and everyone should go see it. It's compulsory viewing for anyone who thinks Hong Kong lacks artistic creativity. It's a massive collaborative effort of talented individuals who are passionate about the creative culture in this town. I was fortunately enough to participate. Hopefully the authorities will realize that large scale art events can be successful and absolutely essential for the benefit of future generations.

• Nearing the end of my latest job

  It's been a hectic month. Just got back from shooting in Bangkok for a regional spot for Prudential. It was a complex shoot since it involves nine versions for nine countries! We had a handful of talents flying in from all over asia. My team spent a week in Bangkok and shot for 3 days. Now I understand why they always say Thailand offers the best crew in Asia. I believe it now! They are top notch. We collaborated with Film Solutions. Karin, the executive producer was such a joy to work with. Not to mention her amazing crew! Post production is nearing the end. I'm very happy with the final result. But most of all it was a great team effort and I cannot wait to shoot in Bangkok again!

• Hong Kong Shoot

               Just finished a shoot for Pond's in Hong Kong. We shot for 2 days in Shek-O. Luck was on our side when severe rain and thunderstorms were forecasted. It was a most enjoyable shoot. I managed to pick up some Thai along the way. Both talents was from Thailand. It was especially nice to reunite with the Hong Kong crew again as I've been shooting overseas quite a bit lately. Hands down Hong Kong has the most efficient crew around! I've uploaded some pics from the shoot. Post porduction next and then I'm off to Taiwan again for a rather fun project!

• Taipei Day and Night

  Managed to snap a few shots while I was in Taipei. The city hasn't changed much since I was last there about a year ago. It's good to know my usual hangouts still exist. Looking forward to going back again later this month. My thanks to the crew at Milk n Honey Films for their hard work and generous hospitality!

• Return to Taipei

  It's been almost a year since I was in Taipei. I just finished a job there and it was most enjoyable. The commercial required us to make a giant hotdog! A first for me. The model-maker did a fine job I thought. Good enough to eat as they say. I'll be in Taipei again very soon for another job. No giant hotdogs this time!
