Fair Trade Business

A dear friend of mine asked me today if I would be interested to immerse myself in a Fair Trade Business. Fair trade is an ethical business which sells products made by disadvantaged or poor people. The aim is to make poverty history in third world countries by giving them a chance to be self sufficient and promote greater equity in international trade.



Of course I am interested in it!! Other than Fair Trade, I am also very concerned about the recent global warming issue. The news of a missing Chile lake, freak weather and melting glacial. Can you imagine if there's no more seafood in 50 years?

Although it won't make much of a difference, I am planning to cut down on my usage of plastic bags by bringing my own bags to the supermarket. I will sew them from recycled clothings and my existing stack of cloth and will be making them with Transformers in mind. Look out for it soon!!
