Hehe, I think Brad Pitt is missing in your list =P hehe he wouldn't been right at the top of mine, then Johnny Depp, then Josh Hartnett. I think Lee Hom Wang would've topped it. I think you have similar taste to my mum, my mum thinks Alex Fong is good looking and Eason Chan too. Eason Chan, I wouldn't consider him hot but his alrite.
