• It's been so long.....

  since i last blogged.... and next thing i know is that i have about 500 missed feeds...oh my ! This web is definitely alive, no doubt! Ok, ok, i will go through them all just to see what you guys have been up to or maybe i could skip a few (hundred)....lol  

  
  

  Things are ok here (on this side of the world), been working like crazy, had lot's of interesting shoots. Unfortunately this time i can't post anything ....just spent 20min trying to upload a few photos but the system kept refusing my pics. I guess that's the way of saying "go check your missed feeds first and then come back" ...hehe  ok, maybe next time!

  
  

  Guys, i have a question, have you had your IQ test?

  I've recently done a test online at www.iqtest.com and my score showed that im an extremely intelligent person but than i have decided to complete a russian version .... and guess what!? the test was muuuuch moooore difficult and i only scored for an average level.   Why on earth the russian version of IQ test would be so different from an international one? 

  Ok, i've heard from many people that the russian standards are quite high but !!!!!! 

  That's is just soooo damn weird, you might be genius in US but probably not in Russia .....ok, im speechless here...

  I wonder if there is a same thing with any other countries (excluding US)? What about HK?

• Russian Christmas - Jan 7th

  Just wanted to share some useful info about Russian traditions, since many of my friends are wondering why Russian Christmas is on Jan 7th ! 
  

  
  

  In Russia, Christmas is annually celebrated on January 7th, thanks to the Russian Orthodox Church that has made it an official holiday in the country. Previously the occasion was observed on December 25th in the same way as it was in the rest of the world, complete with Christmas trees and Christmas gifts. But after the 1917 Revolution, Christmas was banned throughout Russia, along with other religious celebrations. It was much later, in 1992 that the holiday began to be openly observed again. However, the church in Russia still uses the old Julian calendar, which is 13 days behind the Gregorian calendar used in the Western nations. This is why Christmas is celebrated in Russia on January 7^th.

  Today, Christmas is celebrated in the country with the faithful participating in an all-night Mass in Cathedrals. The main religion in Russia is called Orthodox. The Russian Orthodox Church is more than one thousand years old and most of the Christian population of the country belongs to it. In Russia, many people don't eat meat, eggs or milk from a few weeks before Christmas and it is customary to fast until the first church service on Christmas Eve is over.

  In the Orthodox tradition nothing is eaten or drunk on Christmas Eve until the first star appears in the sky. The star is symbolic of the great star that led the Magi to the newly born Christ. Once the first star has appeared in the sky, the festivities begin with a Lenten meal – meaning meat or dairy products are excluded.

  Ok, Ok....I don't hate my work, in fact i absolutely love it but what a torture it is to be a female photographer !!!  

  
  

  How many girls in this world love designer shoes? and I am one of them....won't tell ya how many pairs i have in my closet...but yeah....there are looooots  !!!

  Who wouldn't like Manolo Blahnik, Christian Louboutin, Sergio Rossi, Guiseppe Zanotti, Jimmy Choo.....?!? and much much more....

  
  

  So here i was....shooting an editorial for accessories! I really love the part of putting those little things together and creating a visual picture with accessories, bags...etc but when it come to shoes!!!!  Eeeeeerrrrr! Help!!!
