2013 - A Fresh Start

New Year, new beginnings. And 2013 has been relatively good to me, so far. It's apparently been 262 days since I last posted an entry, so this blog has been unusually quiet. But I'm back!
January has just passed, and I've been working on a MediaCorp Channel 8 drama, "96'C Cafe", as well as a Channel 5 docudrama "Exposed!", in addition to hosting a series of Chinese New Year roadshows. And I'm still regularly auditioning, because even after 4 years in the business, it always pays to work hard & not sit back on my laurels.February & March will be busy months, with an upcoming movie production, in which I will be 3rd Asst Director-cum-Continuity Supervisor. That will be tiring, and take up precious time, but I'm still looking forward to being in production! Film sets are a buzz of energy that keep me alive.Looking back on the past few years of working in the business, I've realised that everything has its season & its time, and there is a reason I've come to this place at this point in time. Dreams must be chased, and hardships must be conquered, for the ultimate purpose of living life to the fullest.I thank God for bringing me thus far. And I pray for an even more successful year ahead. I will be moving into Taiwan in end-March, so if anyone is in town at the time, get in touch! Meanwhile, have a wonderful February ahead!
