How fortunate we are...

I've been following the news every day...
It's impossible to hold the tears back when I look at the devastating results of the Earthquake...
I have deep respect for all the rescuers, who have been working like mad, day and night, to find survivors. They are the real heroes! One of the clips shows rescuers finding a little boy who was trapped under layers and layers of debris. They immediately gave him something to drink and then continued to remove all the debris that was squashing his little body... Thank God this kid survived, but where are the parents? So many kids lost their parents and so many parents lost their kids...
Our tears are a sign of compassion, now let the compassion turn in to action!!! We can all contribute by donating money, no matter how big or small the donation is! The survivors have lost their homes and loved ones and need to rebuild their lives which will take years...
This really makes us realize again how fortunate we are...
